Pilates uses precise, controlled movements to build a strong body, with attention on not just major muscles but also smaller supporting muscles that a lot of exercise modalities ignore.  It focuses particularly on building a strong core.  Pilates is very gentle on the body and can be a great option for participants of every age.

Inspired by Pilates and Yoga, PiYo cranks up the pace and the fun for a pulse-pounding, calorie burning workout that defines and strengthens every inch of your body.

  • Low impact but high intensity with modifications offered

  • Upbeat current music

  • No weights, only use of own body weight

  • Bring a mat or we have one for you

  • Usually done barefoot

SHiNE is a dance fitness class rooted in such traditional styles such as jazz, hip hop and ballet. SHiNE takes fundamental dance moves and creates routines to today's hit songs that are easy enough for beginners, yet challenging enough for the more seasoned dancer and fitness enthusiast.  Our SHiNE class motto is "If you are moving and having fun, then you are doing it right!"  

  • All levels welcome- go at your own pace

  • NO jumping or high impact actions required

  • Major calorie burn- up to 750 calories burned per class

  • Develop better coordination, endurance, rhythm, flexibility and muscle tone

  • No dance experience or skill necessary- just move, have fun and get fit
