Individual Health Coaching

The process of coaching is individualized with you as the client leading the way and together we make a plan that will work for you!  Client's set their own goals that could involve, but are not limited to: weight loss, lifestyle changes for optimal health, managing a chronic illness, finding life balance, increasing energy, and stress management.  Clients are encouraged to set realistic goals, finding the healthy life balance that they can maintain and enjoy.  

Services are offered in person (if local to the Greater Nashville area), by phone or video conferencing.


This 20 minute phone meeting is for Coach Amber to explore potential client's needs, explain what coaching offers, and for coach and potential client to decide if the service is a good fit.  If it is not a good option, a referral will be offered when possible.

  • 6 Private, individualized coaching sessions: 1 Initial Session- 90 min, 5 Ongoing Sessions- 60 min

  • Personalized Wellness Plan to guide you step by step each week to reach your health and wellness goals

  • Guidance, tips and tools on: nutrition, exercise, stress, sleep, energy, life balance, life transitions and more

  • Unlimited access to coach in between sessions- text, e-mail and call with your questions

  • Unlimited resources and referrals as needed

  • Comprehensive Health & Wellness Assessment

  • LOTS of support with Coach check ins weekly in between sessions

  • Gentle accountability

  • Written transcript of coaching sessions- your personal Wellness Plan will be updated and sent to you after each session.
